Chorizo and Courgette Pasta a la Chib en Crib

Last night we decided to go for the cool original pasta a la Chib en Crib. It was TASTY and seconds were had! AMAZE!

Ingredients:-

chorizo
penne pasta
tomatoes
onion
garlic
courgette
mushroom
chilli
stock
seasoning
crème fraîche
mature cheddar
BBQ flavoured crisps

Something for the hangover!

Its called 'Luke's Sausage Surprise a la Chib en Crib'. Perfect for a hangover, and very easy to make, bung all the ingredients in a pan and wait!

Ingredients:

Lincolnshire sausages

chopped tomatoes 

onion

red peppers

mushrooms

potatoes (mashed)

scotch bonnets

birds eye chilli

mixed beans

chicken stock

all purpose seasoning

salt 

pepper
sweet chilli crisps
extra mature cheddar cheese

Jalapeño and garlic cheddar cheese
Sea salt and cider vinegar crisps

Rocket
Loaf (2 slices cut 1 inch thick)
Whole grain mustard
Mayonnaise
